What is the YOGA?

Yoga is a system of physical postures, breathing techniques, practiced independently especially in Western cultures to promote physical and emotional well-being.

At Auspicious Living Magazine, YOGA is encouraged to promote physical and emotional well being. It is not a “religious practice”. Our bodies were created to function optimally and we believe the practice of yoga supports this.

It is our goal to have more women engaged in the practice of yoga. We need to bring more calm and peace into our lives authentically. With all the things we do and the hats we wear, we need it.

Bringing balance, harmony and AUSPICIOUSness, to every area of our lives!
