My shoulders have shifted out of socket for YEARS and I lived with the pain. I started doing YOGA in March of last year to strengthen my arms and although I was very challenged by the practice, I am growing to love it and I am now pain free!

It has become a part of my lifestyle and daily you will be able to come here and join me for 10 minutes of yoga.
